Problem

We want to manufacture a few prototype units to verify the design of a new device, but typical enclosure manufacturers offer only high-volume production.

Solution

We deliver prototypes and short runs of metal enclosures, selecting the manufacturing technology to match the project requirements. We provide precision prototypes that enable fast mechanical and functional testing before the device is introduced into serial production.

We have an initial model of an enclosure intended for serial production, but we lack complete technical documentation and manufacturing drawings.

MERAWEX prepares the design based on the supplied model or prototype. Our engineers develop complete 2D/3D documentation and advise on mechanical design, functionality and preparation for serial production.

Solution

MERAWEX offers complete enclosure finishing: powder coating, anodizing, galvanizing, and prints made using screen printing or UV printing. We deliver complete enclosures ready for electronics integration, so the customer does not need to engage additional subcontractors.

Comprehensive sheet metal fabrication

We specialise in manufacturing enclosures and mechanical parts from steel, galvanized, stainless steel, aluminium, coated and copper sheets. Our machinery includes a laser cutter, an automatic bending centre, turret punches, press brakes, spot welders and TIG/MIG welders. We also have a CNC milling centre, which allows us to deliver even the most demanding projects. With modern technologies we guarantee precision, repeatability and high quality for every project, regardless of its scale or complexity.

From design to delivery

We offer a complete process—from concept and design, through visualisations and prototype preparation, to serial production. We complement it with powder coating, anodizing, quality control, packing and shipping. We work flexibly—we can take over the entire process or deliver selected stages, adapting to the customer’s needs. We supervise every stage with attention to detail, ensuring timeliness and compliance with requirements. Thanks to this, our partners receive ready solutions that perform well in demanding industrial and commercial applications.

Yes, we support customers already at the idea stage. Based on the concept, we prepare a mechanical design in CAD and then 3D visualisations. This ensures every detail is refined before the prototype is built and the product is introduced into production.

We manufacture enclosures and components from steel, galvanized, stainless-steel, aluminium, powder-coated and copper sheets. Material selection is always adapted to the technical, environmental and aesthetic requirements of the application.

Of course – our cooperation is flexible. You can entrust us with the entire process – from design to finished product – or only selected stages such as cutting, bending, welding or painting.

Yes, we offer comprehensive surface finishing. We provide powder coating, anodising and other forms of final processing. Finished parts are packed and prepared for shipment according to customer requirements.
