From design to finished product

We offer comprehensive EMS services—from component purchasing and SMT/THT electronics assembly, through mechanical assembly and functional testing, to final commissioning and delivery of finished devices. A modern machine park, traceability system and experienced team ensure precision, repeatability and the highest workmanship quality. We guarantee flexibility and short lead times.

How we solve problems in electronics assembly

Problem

We have developed a new device that we want to launch, but we do not have our own assembly lines or accurate demand forecasts.

Solution

We offer comprehensive EMS services – SMT and THT assembly, mechanical and final assembly, functional tests, packaging and delivery. We also help optimize the design for easier and more cost-effective assembly depending on production scale.

Problem

Components purchased from local distributors may not be available on time, leading to delays and higher production costs.

Solution

At the customer’s request we provide end-to-end procurement of components and PCBs from proven suppliers worldwide. We optimize inventory based on demand forecasts, minimizing the risk of production downtime and ensuring continuity of project delivery.

Problem

The product must be assembled to the highest quality standards, and the customer requires full compliance with industry standards.

Solution

We have an implemented traceability system that monitors every assembly stage. Production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610, ensuring repeatability, reliability and the highest quality of finished products.

Problem

The technical and commercial details of the project cannot be disclosed to third parties, so the customer expects a confidentiality agreement.

Solution

We have an NDA template that we sign before documentation is provided. We can also accept the customer’s document. We care about trust and partnership from the first contact, ensuring full protection of confidential information.

Problem

The customer wants to verify the company’s technical competence and the system ensuring high and repeatable production quality.

Solution

We have an integrated quality and environmental management system ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 and apply IPC-A-610 standards. We invite customers to conduct an audit at our facility to personally assess our competences, processes and production quality level.

Explore our capabilities

Project analysis and preparation

We start the EMS service delivery process with a detailed analysis of the technical documentation and the BOM list. Our engineers help assess project feasibility and design solder paste stencils. If needed, we also prepare dedicated fixtures and assembly jigs. Our own machine park and experience in contract electronics manufacturing allow us to prepare the project efficiently and execute the order effectively.

Purchasing and inspection of components

At the customer’s request we handle comprehensive purchasing of electronic components and printed circuit boards (PCBs) from proven suppliers, and we also work with customer-supplied materials. Each board is automatically labeled, and the XRAY system provides precise counting and inventorying of components both before production starts and after it is completed. This gives the customer full transparency and control over component consumption.

SMT, THT assembly

We carry out SMT electronics assembly on PANASONIC and JUKI lines with automatic 3D AOI inspection on each assembly line. The implemented traceability system enables full monitoring of the production process at every stage. A dedicated through-hole assembly team uses a soldering wave and a THT soldering robot. We also perform PCB repairs, including reballing of BGA and μBGA packages. Production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610, ensuring high quality and repeatability.

Testing and final assembly

After assembly, electronic boards can be washed and protected with a conformal coating using spray or dip methods. At the customer’s request we perform programming and functional testing of devices. We also provide mechanical assembly, enclosure assembly and cable harnessing. Finished products are packed in ESD packaging and delivered as complete, tested electronic devices.

Our machinery park

Two SMT surface-mount assembly lines

We operate two SMT surface-mount lines with a combined throughput of over 150 000 components per hour. They enable single- and double-sided assembly of components from 0402 mm (01005”) up to advanced packages such as μBGA, QFN and QFP on boards sized from 50 × 50 mm to 510 × 375 mm.

An integrated traceability system ensures full identification of every production stage.

Two 3D AOI automatic optical inspection machines

3D AOI technology analyzes not only the surface but also component height, allowing detection of defects invisible to 2D systems.

3D AOI systems operate fully automatically on the production line.

Automatic soldering robot

A modern soldering robot provides automation of the soldering process for through-hole components in THT (Through-Hole Technology) as well as selective soldering, enabling precise and repeatable joining of components in electronics production.

This allows us to replace manual soldering, ensuring high precision, full repeatability and higher production efficiency.

XRAY component counter

The automatic XRAY system enables fast and precise component counting without opening packages. X-ray technology eliminates the risk of errors and significantly reduces inventory time. The device supports full resource traceability, increasing warehouse management efficiency.

EMC laboratory

Measurements of conducted and radiated emissions in accordance with the requirements of standards EN 55032, EN 55011, EN 61000-6-3 and EN 61000-6-4.

Tests are carried out using a GTEM cell, spectrum analyzers and EMI receivers.
