Product description

The ZM48V6A-300A floating-operation power supply is designed for use with battery banks in DC guaranteed power supply systems. It provides a nominal output voltage of 48 V DC and a rated output current of 6 A. The unit operates with batteries in float mode and features an output for connecting an external battery bank.

The standard configuration includes a temperature sensor for temperature-compensated charging, extending battery service life. An integrated relay provides battery deep discharge protection. LED indicators and relay contacts enable continuous monitoring and status signalling, ensuring fast diagnostics and reliable system operation. The active Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit improves the power factor and increases energy efficiency.

Its modular design allows installation using screws or, optionally, on a TS-35 DIN rail. The buffered power supply operates from either AC or DC input and is designed for ambient temperatures from –25°C to +55°C. The compact enclosure, measuring 66 × 111 × 203 mm (220 mm including connectors), facilitates installation in control cabinets and technical installations.
