Most common questions
To design a power supply perfectly suited to your needs, we require basic data: input and output voltage, load current or power, enclosure type and mounting method. Additional functions the custom power supply is to provide are also important—e.g., cooperation with batteries, communication, signalling. We discuss all these requirements free of charge during initial consultations.
For over 35 years, MERAWEX has operated in electronics, delivering projects for the industrial, energy, telecommunications and safety-system sectors. This experience allows us to adapt processes to the specifics of a given industry and meet its particular requirements.
We have a modern machine park that includes, among others, a laser cutting machine, an automatic bending center, turret punch presses, press brakes, spot welders, TIG/MIG welders and a CNC milling center.

Yes. After submitting the order and agreeing on a pickup time, you can collect the goods in person at MERAWEX headquarters at 8 Torunska Street in Gliwice, between 7:00 and 16:00.
No. We offer our products and services exclusively to businesses and institutions conducting economic activity. We do not sell to consumers within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code.
Payment is made by bank transfer. Transfer details are provided on the invoice or pro forma invoice.
Yes. After positive verification and in the case of ongoing cooperation, individual payment terms are possible.
We use courier and freight companies. Shipment via the customer’s courier or dedicated transport is also possible.
Returns of standard, unused products are possible upon agreement. Custom-made products are non-returnable.
Cooperation
We provide technical advice on selecting power supplies from our offer as well as guaranteed power systems equipped with batteries. We tailor our solutions to the project’s requirements.
We provide datasheets, user manuals and the declarations and certificates required by regulations for our products. On request, we also provide mechanical drawings and additional technical information necessary for integration and design.
Yes. For selected devices, we provide 3D models and exact power-supply dimensions, making system integration easier.
Yes. We help evaluate technical parameters and run compatibility tests to ensure the power supply operates correctly in the target system.
Yes. MERAWEX supplies dedicated power supplies and power systems tailored to the customer’s technical and functional requirements.
Yes. We can prepare power supplies with the customer’s logo, a dedicated label and technical documentation.
Yes. Our design office develops devices in accordance with the customer’s technical requirements.
Yes. We offer adaptation of electrical parameters, mechanics, software and documentation.
MERAWEX cooperates with trading and distribution companies for whom adding power supplies to their offer complements a portfolio for the fire-protection, telecommunications or industrial industries.
We offer special discounts, marketing materials, technical support and product training.
Cooperation terms are always agreed individually and cover both the assortment and commercial terms.
Yes. Each distributor is assigned an account manager who provides assistance in case of issues and supervises order fulfilment in accordance with the agreement and agreed deadlines.

Detailed rules are set out in the General Warranty Terms available on the page for each product. The warranty period ranges from 12 to 36 months and depends on the device type and specification.
Submit a complaint via the service form, providing the device type, serial number and a description of the fault. After verification, we assign an RMA number and provide instructions for further handling of the repair.
The standard repair lead time is up to 14 business days. If components are unavailable, the lead time may be extended; the customer will be informed individually.

Yes, we provide professional commissioning of power-supply systems, including devices with battery backup. The scope includes configuration, functional tests and handover of the installation for operation.
Yes, we offer operational inspections and periodic tests of MERAWEX devices on-site. As part of the service we perform diagnostics, measurements, battery assessment and settings updates.
We service all power supplies, power systems and devices manufactured by MERAWEX—regardless of their year of manufacture. This includes both current products and older series.
We can estimate the initial repair cost based on a request submitted via the contact form. Please provide the device model and a detailed description of the damage, symptoms and functions that do not work properly. We can provide an accurate repair quotation only after receiving and verifying the defective power supply.
Yes – after you submit the serial number via the contact form, we verify the warranty status and device history. This provides the customer with full information on available repair options.
Manufacturing and assembly
MERAWEX provides full purchasing and logistics support for components, working with proven suppliers. We can also execute projects based on customer-supplied parts or in a hybrid model—the process is always tailored to individual expectations.
Yes. Thanks to a flexible machine park, we handle both small prototype batches and large serial runs. Our SMT lines and production-planning systems enable quick changeovers and process optimisation for different order volumes.

In addition to electronics assembly, we offer mechanical assembly, including installation of enclosures, wiring and structural components. We deliver fully completed devices ready for further distribution or use. The process also includes testing and quality control.
Yes. We have an X-ray scanner for automatic component counting. We perform inventory both before production starts and after the order is completed. This gives the customer full transparency and certainty regarding actual component consumption.
Yes, as part of OEM services we prepare devices with the customer’s logo and branding. We can adapt the enclosure appearance, labels and packaging so that the finished product fully reflects the brand’s visual identity. This way the customer receives a ready solution that can be introduced to the market immediately under their own name.
Yes, we provide full support in the certification process. We prepare technical documentation, perform compliance tests with applicable standards (e.g., EMC, LVD, CNBOP, EN 54-4) and, if needed, cooperate with notified bodies. This gives the customer confidence that the product meets formal requirements and can be legally sold on the market.
Yes, we execute orders based on customer documentation. We analyse the design, prepare an implementation plan and initial tests. We manufacture prototypes and then proceed to serial production with full quality control. This way the customer receives devices fully compliant with their design, manufactured in a repeatable and reliable manner.
The process starts with consultation and requirements analysis. Next, we design the device and prepare visualisations and prototypes. The next stage is serial production, including assembly, quality testing and certification. Finally, we organise packaging and deliveries. The customer can entrust us with the entire process or selected stages—depending on needs.
Yes, in the ODM model we adapt our devices to the customer’s individual requirements. We can change parameters such as voltage ranges, currents, protections or communication interfaces. We also ensure compliance with industry standards and full functionality. The customer receives a product tailored to their application, ready for implementation in the system.
Yes, preparing prototypes and testing them is a key stage of our work. It allows verification of technical parameters, functionality and compliance with customer requirements before starting serial production. This helps avoid errors and ensures the final product fully meets expectations.
Yes, we support the customer from the first contact through to final deliveries. We assist with design, prototyping and certification, as well as with solving technical issues during operation. As a result, cooperation includes not only manufacturing, but also ongoing consulting and technical assistance.
Every production stage is covered by quality control—from incoming components, through assembly, to final tests of finished devices. Most importantly, 100% of all manufactured products undergo quality control. We apply procedures compliant with ISO 9001, confirmed by certification. Finished products are covered by warranty, and if needed we provide service support and after-sales assistance.
Design and testing

Yes. After the initial specification is approved, we prepare prototypes for testing. If you decide to change the assumptions during trials, we will introduce the appropriate modifications and prepare a new prototype version. Power-supply design is carried out in a way that allows the solution to be adapted to the customer’s changing needs—even at later stages of the work.
Yes. All our products are covered by an EC Declaration of Conformity. We perform EMC and LVD tests in our own laboratory, verifying compliance with applicable standards. At the customer’s request, we can also commission tests at an external accredited laboratory.
Of course. We understand that the power supply is part of a larger system, so we support customers during the final commissioning of the entire device. You can deliver the complete system to us—we will carry out compatibility tests and indicate how to resolve any issues.
We test a wide range of devices: electronic and electrical equipment, controllers, power supplies, automation systems, telecommunications equipment, industrial devices and fire-protection equipment. We perform tests for both prototypes and finished products intended for domestic and international markets.
We perform tests in accordance with the requirements of EN 55032, EN 55035, EN 61000-4-2, EN 61000-4-3, EN 61000-4-4, EN 61000-4-5, EN 61000-4-6, EN 61000-4-8, EN 61000-4-11 and other related electromagnetic compatibility standards. The scope, test levels and detailed requirements depend on the device’s characteristics and intended use.
Yes. You can commission a complete test package or only selected tests—e.g., radiated emissions, conducted disturbances, ESD immunity, surges or electrical fast transients—depending on the project’s needs.
Yes. After the tests we prepare a detailed report containing measurement results, charts, compliance analysis against standards and recommendations for any product modifications needed to meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
Yes. We provide technical support with device configuration, cable connections, load selection and operating conditions so that the tests are representative and reflect real operating conditions.
Yes. We analyse test results and help identify the causes of non-compliance. We indicate possible design or circuit solutions that will allow the EMC requirements to be met in subsequent tests.
Mechanics
Yes, we support customers already at the idea stage. Based on the concept, we prepare a mechanical design in CAD and then 3D visualisations. This ensures every detail is refined before the prototype is built and the product is introduced into production.
We manufacture enclosures and components from steel, galvanized, stainless-steel, aluminium, powder-coated and copper sheets. Material selection is always adapted to the technical, environmental and aesthetic requirements of the application.
Of course – our cooperation is flexible. You can entrust us with the entire process – from design to finished product – or only selected stages such as cutting, bending, welding or painting.

Yes, we offer comprehensive surface finishing. We provide powder coating, anodising and other forms of final processing. Finished parts are packed and prepared for shipment according to customer requirements.
We provide full technical support from the moment the idea is presented. We advise on materials, technologies and design, prepare visualisations and prototypes, and guide the customer through all stages – up to serial production and delivery.
