As part of the cooperation, we carry out comprehensive device assembly – from electronics to mechanical components. The production process is adapted to customer requirements and product specifics.
Mode of operation
MERAWEX provides a complete production process under controlled conditions. We ensure quality verification, functional testing and documentation compliant with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Cooperation stage
Each product undergoes functional testing, voltage and current measurements, and EMC immunity testing. The objective is to ensure compliance with customer requirements and safe operation.
Mode of operation
MERAWEX conducts testing both in its own laboratory and in accredited external laboratories. Measurement results confirm parameter stability and compliance with EN 54-4, EN 12101-10 standards and industrial system requirements.

Contract manufacturing (EMS)
SMD and THT assembly, soldering, testing and quality control. Advanced low- and medium-volume production carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and IPC-A-610 standards.
EMC testing
Testing of prototypes and finished devices in the MERAWEX laboratory. Verification of electrical, mechanical and environmental parameters, as well as confirmation of compliance with applicable standards and industry requirements.
Technical support
Preparation of complete technical and production documentation, including datasheets, manuals, certificates and test reports. Clear and comprehensive materials confirm compliance with standards and facilitate the production and certification processes.
Device modernisation
Device verification including functional analysis and assessment of technical condition. Based on the results, improvement recommendations are developed and design modifications are implemented to increase reliability and enable additional system functionalities.
