How the cooperation works
Cooperation stage
At the beginning of the cooperation, we thoroughly discuss the device concept as well as functional and environmental requirements. Together, we define electrical parameters, operating conditions and certification requirements that must be met.
Mode of operation
MERAWEX analyses the design documentation and technical specification to identify possible power supply solutions. At this stage, we support the designer in refining requirements related to power rating, voltage, reliability and EMC immunity.
Cooperation stage
After defining the requirements, we select a power supply or guaranteed power system that best meets the needs of the project. We take into account operating conditions, environment, safety class and compliance with applicable standards.
Mode of operation
MERAWEX proposes solutions based on proven designs or develops a dedicated version. We support designers in integrating the power supply into the device system, ensuring optimal parameters and stable operation.
Cooperation stage
During the project development stage, we provide technical consultancy on power supply integration and communication with other system modules. We help avoid design issues related to excessive losses or interference.
Mode of operation
MERAWEX offers consultations with the engineering department and access to product technical documentation. With our experience in power supply design, we help adapt solutions to EMC, safety and system compatibility requirements.
Cooperation stage
We support designers during prototype commissioning, testing and device validation. We assist in assessing the correct operation of the power supply and its cooperation with the rest of the system.

MERAWEX enables functional and EMC testing in its own laboratory. We provide measurement reports and advise on optimising the power supply design for certification and reliability.

At the final stage of the project, we participate in implementing the solution into serial production. We assist in finalising technical documentation and power system configuration.

Thanks to our in-house laboratory, we identify potential issues at an early stage of product development, significantly reducing the time required for certification and market launch.
Production implementation
We provide support in optimising designs with regard to production capabilities. Our engineers analyse projects and advise on the selection of optimal components. Our goal is a smooth transition from the prototyping phase to serial production, effectively minimising the risk of costly errors and production line downtime.
OEM/ODM cooperation
