Technologies

A modern machinery park and advanced infrastructure are our advantage in production quality and precision.

Electronics assembly and manufacturing technologies

Our electronics manufacturing technologies include SMT and THT assembly, electrical testing and quality control. Automated assembly lines and the team’s experience enable us to deliver highly complex electronics projects that meet industrial standards and the requirements of customers across many sectors.

Two SMT surface-mount lines

We have two SMT surface-mount lines with a combined capacity of over 150,000 components per hour. They enable single- and double-sided assembly of components from 0402 mm (01005”) up to advanced packages such as μBGA, QFN and QFP on boards ranging from 50 × 50 mm to 510 × 375 mm.

An integrated traceability system ensures full identification of every production stage.

Two 3D AOI automatic optical inspection machines

3D AOI technology analyses not only the surface but also the height of components, enabling detection of defects that are invisible to 2D systems.

The 3D AOI systems operate fully automatically on the production line.

Automatic soldering robot

A modern soldering robot automates soldering of through-hole components in THT (Through-Hole Technology) as well as selective soldering, enabling precise and repeatable joining of components in electronics production.

This replaces manual soldering, ensuring high precision, full repeatability and higher production efficiency.

XRAY component counter

An automatic XRAY system enables fast and accurate counting of components without opening packaging.

X-ray technology eliminates the risk of errors and significantly reduces inventory time.

The device supports full resource traceability, increasing the efficiency of warehouse management.

EMC laboratory

Measurements of conducted and radiated emissions in accordance with EN 55032, EN 55011, EN 61000-6-3 and EN 61000-6-4.

Tests are performed using a GTEM cell, spectrum analysers and EMI receivers.

Test laboratory

We have a modern laboratory infrastructure enabling testing of electronic devices. Specialist measuring instruments and control equipment allow assessment of reliability, stability and compliance with technical standards.

GTEM cell for testing electromagnetic emissions and immunity

It enables radiated emissions measurements and immunity tests. It allows testing of devices with maximum dimensions of approximately 0.5 × 0.5 × 0.5 m, which covers a wide range of typical projects. By controlling the field strength and polarisation of the electromagnetic field, repeatable test conditions can be achieved and EMC compliance can be assessed in a laboratory environment.

EFT/Burst generator (electrical fast transients)

Designed to test device immunity to fast electrical transients and interference impulses. It can generate exposure levels with a maximum interference impulse value of 5.5 kV. Used in tests compliant with EN 61000-4-4. It allows simulation of real disturbance conditions in electrical installations and control systems.

Surge generator

It enables testing immunity to overvoltages as well as voltage and current surges. It supports exposure of three-phase supply lines and unbalanced or balanced I/O lines with current capacity up to 32 A, with a maximum test level of 7 kV using various coupling/decoupling devices. Used in tests compliant with EN 61000-4-5. It simulates the effects of lightning discharges in power and signal networks.

Conducted immunity generator

It enables testing device immunity to conducted disturbances on power and signal lines in accordance with EN 61000-4-6. It operates over a frequency range from 9 kHz to 1 GHz, allowing test signals to be injected into various line types (AC/DC, balanced, unbalanced, shielded), with loads up to 100 A and voltages up to 600 V. The unit is equipped with 4 mm banana sockets for quick and safe connection of the tested lines.

ESD electrostatic discharge generator

It enables testing device immunity to electrostatic discharges. Compliant with EN 61000-4-2. It allows evaluation of device behaviour under contact and air discharges.
